Nationally Recognized Qualifications Dr. Grover is Board Certified in Clinical Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP), a distinction achieved by only a small percentage of psychologists that represents the highest standard of competence in the field. While maintaining primary licensure in California and Arizona, Dr. Grover holds the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) under PSYPACT.
